Comprehensive emulsifiers​ B2000 series  is mixture based on Masson emulsifiers 

such as  glycerol esters of fatty acids and organic fatty acids,

especially for whipping dairy cream  on Chinese tea, coffee, juice, favor drinking in water bar or coffee bar.

 

B2000 can prevent elimination and sedimentation, improve mouth feels and provide creamy texture,

improve process properties, increase aerating rate and bubble stabilization.
