VIVID Casein Phospho Peptide can enhance absorption of mineral substances by combining with divalent cations like calcium and iron in intestine. Derived from bovine milk casein through hydrolysis by proteolytic enzyme, Casein Phosphopeptide(CPP) is natural bioactive peptide abounding with phosphoserine. The molecular weight is 2000-4000. With the characteristic of combining with divalent cations like calcium and iron in intestine to enhance absorption of mineral substances, CPP is regarded as the carrier of minerals. It can be applied in health food as Calcium and Iron Absorption enhancer.
