Description:

 

VIVIDR Mono-and Diglyceride GMS5510  is made from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable based oil. VIVIDR Mono-and Diglyceride GMS5510 is a generally accepted additive which is widely applied in fat & oils, increasing solid fat content and melting point.

Applications:

 

 

1. Coffeemate

    Function: Give a more uniform fat globule size distribution resulting in improved whitening effect and stabilization.

    Suggested dosage: 2-3.5% of oils and fats

 

2. Protein beverage

    Function: Improve stabilization of protein, oils and fats. Prevent delamination and sedimentation. Provide smooth mouth feel.

    Suggested dosage: 0.5-1%

 

3. Dairy

    Function: Promote dispersing of fats and prevent delamination.

    Suggested dosage: 0.1%, usually with Span 60

 

4. Margarine

    Function: Imparts fine and stable water dispersion.

    Suggested dosage: 1% of oils and fats

 

5. Shortening

    Function: Adjust oil crystal.

    Suggested dosage: 1% of oils and fats

 

6. Ice cream

    Function: Improve shape retention.Provide foam stabilization.

    Suggested dosage: 0.3-0.5%

 

7. Chewing gum

    Function: Soften gum base. Facilitate mixture.Improve mastication and texture.

    Suggested dosage: 0.3-1% of gum base

 

8. Personal cares

    Function: Used in facial cream, act as wetting agent

    Suggested dosage: 20% of total emuslfier recipe
