Easy Cakes Mold Release With Layers , Oil Type Release Agent

 

 

Description:

 

Vivid® Release Agent is oil type release agent developed to be used in biscuits, bread, cakes and candies release from molds. With the unique recipe, this product can help maintain the original flavor of products without bringing in any unpleasant flavor. By using this release agent, products are heated evenly during baking resulting in uniform natural colors. Furthermore, its dosage is lower than salad oil and reduces lampblack during baking due to its higher smoke point. The atomization effect is sound if using this product and machine spray because a uniform and stretch film is formed around the molds. The product release effect is sound even if the machine spray is done in advance without anything flowing into the bottom of molds.
