Vivid® Cake Improver is a mixed improver made of emulsifiers and compound enzyme preparation which is designed for industrial production of cakes. With its well-functioned quality improving and shelf life prolonging capability, it is suitable for making various cakes such as Swiss rolls, waffles and Chiffon cakes, etc.
