Storage & Dosage
Poniard™ CP617 is designed for use in cake pre-mix powder and commercial cake processing with nitrogen filling machines. Recommended dosage is 3-5% of egg content or 1-5% of total batter weight. Dosage should be adjusted according to specific formulations.
Store in unbroken packaging in dry conditions. Maximum temperature: 25°C/77°F, maximum relative humidity: 80%. Protect from sunlight and odorous products. Shelf life: approximately 12 months.
